The Power of Partnership

Synergized in Vision, Strength and Purpose

Our mission has always been to serve our clients at the highest levels possible. As part of our continued focus to do so, we are pleased to announce that Partnervest Advisory Services LLC merged with ChangePath, LLC effective October 1, 2020. ChangePath, located in Leawood, Kansas, is an SEC Registered Investment Adviser and is similar to Partnervest in that they provide investment related services and support to Investors and Financial Advisors. To learn more about ChangePath, please visit www.ChangePath.com where you can access the firm’s client brochure and other useful information. Click here for the press release.

Partnervest will continue to offer certain Investment Advisory services as we work through the transition but will ultimately wind down our operations and services. Most of our Financial Advisors are now affiliated with ChangePath and are offering their services through them. For the registration status of your Financial Adviser please contact your Financial Advisor or visit https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/

Thank you for the confidence you have placed in us over the years. It has been our pleasure to serve you and we look forward to continuing to work with you as part of the ChangePath team.

What makes a firm a good partner?  Certainly having the right products and services is important, but it is just a starting point.  Advisors also want a partner who understands their clients’ needs, can support the advisor on an individual basis, and is reliable and highly regarded.

If your practice could use that kind of partnership, consider Partnervest.  This site has more information on our Investments, Advisor Services, Practice Management and more.

It Starts with a Conversation

If your practice could use a powerful partnership, consider Partnervest.

Partnervest Advisory Services, LLC relied on the SEC’s March 13, 2020 Release No. 5463 Order Under Section 206A of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, which provides a temporary exemption from certain requirements of the Advisers Act (https://www.sec.gov/rules/other/2020/ia-5463.pdf).  Under this Order, Partnervest filed the firm’s Form ADV annual amendment on March 31, 2020.
