Kristen Tabke, of Partnervest Financial Group LLC, successfully passed the Financial and Operations (FinOp) Principal Examination (Series 27) on Friday April 30, 2004. The FinOp exam is considered the most challenging of all securities licenses, and covers topics such as NASD and SEC rules, accounting, supervisory duties, and record keeping.

Ms. Tabke will now be able to perform Partnervest Financial Groups' financial accounting obligations, and will add to their depth in providing outsource FinOp solutions to financial institutions. The Series 27 is required of individuals responsible for the preparation and maintenance of books and records of a NASD member as required under securities industry rules and regulations. In addition, the FinOp license entitles the holder to become a Chief Financial Officer for a NASD member firm.
