She will have the day-to-day responsibility for all Partnervest’s advisory and broker-dealer compliance functions.


With a solid 10 years of industry experience, Marlyn brings added strength to Partnervest’s compliance offering. Moreover, Marlyn combines significant operations experience with her compliance background enabling a synergy which provides enhanced and critical compliance insight and effectiveness.


Ms. Rizk began her industry career with Kennedy Cabot & Co., and quickly rose from initiating and implementing human resources functions to managing and supervising all operational aspects of the broker-dealer. She then moved to the compliance side of the business with Associated Securities Corporation and was subsequently picked to be National Planning Corporation’s Director of Compliance, overseeing the entire compliance function for this national broker-dealer. Marlyn expanded her compliance background to the international level as a compliance officer for Fleming CIIC (now Chase)’s overseas operation. Marlyn graduated from California State University – Northridge with degrees in Statistics as well as Applied Mathematics.
