Partnervest Advisory Services has an Investment Management Committee (IMC) that meets on a regular basis. The purpose of the IMC is to review and discuss the investment management decisions of the Director of Investments, as well as ratify any investment-related agenda items.
The Director of Investments serves as the Chief Portfolio Manager of Partnervest Advisory Services. In this capacity the Manager and his team are responsible for both trade execution and management of all client accounts in both the STAR™ II and III portfolios. The Portfolio Manager and his team are supervised by both the CEO and Chief Compliance officer of PAS, in addition to the IMC and regulatory bodies. Partnervest has no pooled or otherwise segregated investment accounts. All assets are held in individual client accounts, providing complete transparency of all trading activity to the advisor, client and the officers of Partnervest Advisory Services.
